- NEW DATE ALERT: grade 8 - you're invited! Â鶹ӰÒô High School is hosting a (May 29 at 5:30 p.m.) for all rising ninth graders. The event will introduce incoming students, and their families, to the campus and the wide variety of academic, athletic and extracurricular activities offered at AHS.

Get answers to all your trasnportation-related questions at Wednesday's (April 23) Parent University. This in-person workshop – featuring district Transportation Director Durett Miles – will be held at North Â鶹ӰÒô Middle School at 7 p.m. It's open to all district families and child care and light refreshments will be provided.

We are planning at least one required emergency drill during the week of April 21-25. The safety of everyone in our school community is extremely important. Holding these practice drills is crucial to our overall emergency planning. In addition to next week's events, we will conduct planned drills throughout the school year and will notify you in advance of those drills as well. Before we practice a drill, we teach students, faculty and staff about the procedures to follow in an emergency. We talk about how the drill will be announced and we inform students and employees that it is a drill. If you have any questions, please call 518.475.6425.
