Macy’s, move over – TOAST has its own parade magic! “Balloons over Broadway” made its debut on Monday at Thomas O’Brien Academy of Science and Technology, transforming the school into a joyful pre-Thanksgiving celebration.

The schoolwide project paired younger and older students as STEAM buddies. After learning about Macy’s iconic Thanksgiving Day Parade, students put the engineering design process into action, creating their own floats and marching them around the outside of the building today.

And just like the real thing, the parade featured marching musicians and even a special appearance by Santa himself to close out the festivities!
