Welcome to North Â鶹ӰÒô Middle School! We are excited about the 2026-27 school year and look forward to partnering with you and your scholar. We hope our students are enjoying their summer and will return relaxed, refreshed and ready for the next chapter in their educational journey. We are delighted to welcome all of you to our outstanding learning community and value the positive energy and commitment you bring to North Â鶹ӰÒô Middle School.
To help our newest scholars prepare for a successful start, we invite them to participate in our New Student Transition Camp. It runs Tuesday, Aug. 25-Thursday, Aug.27 from 8:30-11:30 a.m.
During Transition Camp, scholars will have opportunities to:
- Learn about North Â鶹ӰÒô's routines and expectations
- Meet and greet teachers and peers
- Become familiar with the school building
- Participate in academic skill-building activities
- Engage in team-building experiences
- Begin developing relationships within the North Â鶹ӰÒô community
Please note that transportation will not be provided for Transition Camp. Families must arrange for scholars to be dropped off and picked up or ensure that they have another safe and reliable means of transportation to and from camp each day. Drop-off and pick-up will take place at Door 13, located at the back of the building.
Families who are still interested in registering their scholars for Transition Camp may do so through Wednesday, Aug. 19
We also invite all grade 6 families and families of students who are new to North Â鶹ӰÒô Middle School in Grades 7 and 8 to attend our:
New Student and Family Orientation
Thursday, Aug. 27 at 5:30 p.m.
Auditorium
The auditorium can also be accessed through Door 13 at the back of the building. During orientation, families and scholars will receive important information about the upcoming school year, learn more about our expectations and supports, and have an opportunity to ask questions.
Throughout the year, we will remain focused on providing every scholar with the academic and social-emotional skills needed to achieve their goals and prepare for high school and beyond. Our staff is committed to working collaboratively to prioritize safety, meaningful learning opportunities, strong relationships, and a sense of belonging for every scholar.
