  • Congratulations to our student artists, and guiding teachers, whose work was chosen for display at the Empire State Plaza's 17th Annual Student Art Exhibition which runs through March 22. A reception is scheduled for next Thursday, March 12 at 5:30 p.m. and Elyas Masoomi (7th), Firuz Fauzia (6th), Mari Salamya (6th), Jacob Angelotti (6th) and Tina Le (6th) will serve as student ambassadors for the event!
     
  • Update from the PTA:
    • This year's Staff Appreciation lunch will be held conjunction with the NAMS professional development afternoon on March 18. The PTA will provide sandwiches and wraps but is hoping families will contribute sides, drinks and desserts to help round out the meal. Please use the . Or, leave the shopping to us and use the  Thanks to all who have already helped!
    • Save the date! We are having a faculty basketball game and fundraiser on March 19 at 4 p.m.
    • The PTA will receive 50% of the sales and your card can be used immediately. The offer ends March 23.
       
  • Registration for modified (grades 7-8) spring sports is now open! Details, including links to the required paperwork, can be found here. Please note that free physicals for all spring student-athletes will be offered at NAMS on March 19 and details can be found here.
     
  • Looking for a summer job? Applications are now open for the City of Âé¶¹Ó°Òô's Summer Youth Employment Program. The pay is $16 an hour but you must be 14 by March 31.
     
  • All district families are invited to Montessori Magnet School on March 31 from 5-7 p.m. for the annual Autism Spectrum Fair. Transportation is provided and the event is free!
