Delaware Community School second graders field-tripped to the Normanskill Farm on Wednesday, where they made (then tasted!) butter, watched a blacksmith at work, received some fresh-sheared wool, got up close to cows, discussed healthy eating and learned more about recycling, reusing and composting.
All City School District of Â鶹ӰÒô second graders have visited or will visit the farm before school ends.
