The Â鶹ӰÒô County Legislative Black Caucus is providing information to decrease utility bills for eligible residents.
Offer: Eligible low-income households receive a 20% discount on their National Grid electric bill.
How It Works: Our solar project is now producing credits, and participants are already seeing these discounts reflected on their bills.
Simple Application Process: The application is just one page, along with a full copy of the applicant’s National Grid bill. Once approved, there’s nothing else subscribers need to do—the savings will continue automatically for the 20-year lifetime of the project.
