The City of Â鶹ӰÒô Department of Recreation will be holding four lifeguard certification sessions at Â鶹ӰÒô High School in advance of the summer hiring season at the city's two public pools.
- - May 16-19 from 3-9 p.m.
- - May 23-26 from 3-9 p.m.
- - June 6-9 from 3-9 p.m.
- - June 13-16 from 3-9 p.m.
Participants must be 15 years of age. There is a fee of $50 and students can expect to learn how to respond safely and efficiently to water emergencies with lifeguard classes led by the American Red Cross.
