Âé¶¹Ó°Òô High School Theatre Ensemble students have created four new works addressing issues of identity, bullying and community building. These pieces are currently touring the City School District of Âé¶¹Ó°Òô’s middle schools, magnet elementary schools and the Âé¶¹Ó°Òô International Center.  

The community is invited to an evening performance of all four works on Tuesday, March 27 at 6 p.m. in the Âé¶¹Ó°Òô High School auditorium.  

The performances are the result of the , in which students from The Âé¶¹Ó°Òô High Theatre Ensemble work as mentors to students at Âé¶¹Ó°Òô School of Humanities (ASH). Through the program, students forge powerful bonds and collaborate to create original films and theatrical performances such as these.

The upcoming works were created by students under the guidance of Theatre Ensemble advisers Ward Dales, Noelle Gentile and Gregory Theodore Marsh.

The mission of the City School District of Âé¶¹Ó°Òôis to work in partnership with our diverse community to engage every learner in a robust educational program designed to provide the knowledge and skills necessary for success. The district serves about 9,600 students in 18 elementary, middle and high schools. In addition to neighborhood schools, the district includes several magnet schools and programs, as well as other innovative academic opportunities for students, including four themed academies at Âé¶¹Ó°Òô High School.
